Emily-Week One

We have been harvesting lots of veggies these past few weeks. As I looked at how much food we had, something hit me: some people don't have any fresh produce-or any food for that matter! It showed me just how pampered I am. I'm used to eating when I'm hungry. Some don't even know where their next meal will come from. Am I doing anything to help these starving people? Many don't even know what a fresh, local garden potato tastes like! Am I willing to share with those who have none?

What about spiritual food? Am I looking for ways to nourish starving people's souls-with the wonderful free gift of salvation? To those who have never tasted the delights of His saving grace, am I willing to share my bountiful blessing with others?
