Natalya~Nativity Set

So sorry this is late again. I (almost) completely forgot about posting!

This beautiful Nativity set was given to us by my late grandmother, Jean. It's my favorite (we have several).

Isa 7:14 Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.

We've been studying this verse and it's context in church these past few weeks, it's very interesting. :)

Esther ~Week 29~

Good evening everyone! This is our Christmas tree! Over the years we have collected a lot of ornaments!
These are two of my favorite that my Mother has given me!
 A cute little blue dress!
And a purple sparkly ornament!

I pray that your Christmas is a wonderful time with your family and friends! Love you all!!!

Isaiah 9:6 says,
"For unto us a Child is born,
      Unto us a Son is given;
And the government will be upon His shoulder.
And His name will be called
      Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God,
      Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace."

Rebekah Joy ~ Week Somethin'

Wow! I've been so busy, I forgot to post last week, so, I too have lost count. So, since there isn't really some thing in particular I'm supposed to post about, I will talk about... hunting! A few weeks ago, I went hunting for elk 2nd season, but I didn't get any thing. So, since I'm a "youth," I got to switch my tag over to late season. (Yay for being young!) This week, my daddy, my sister, and I went hunting on a private ranch. It was great! The place was CRAWLING with elk! Needless to say, my tag was filled! So, now we have a lot of meat. I can't wait to process it, but first, we have to let it hang... :) Here's a hunter's orange picture of my sister and I to go with the subject:

Natalya~Nature Photography

Sorry this post is so late in the day! I almost forgot about it!

I just looked through my files and found some beautiful pictures of God's creation to share. It's almost winter here in WI, which means snow, rain, slush, wetness, and all around icky weather!

None of these photos were edited in any way. Not even color enhanced. I live in such a pretty place!

(my favorite)

Rom 1:20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse.

Esther ~Week 28~

Okay random post here (no theme this week by the way) my dog SPARKY! He has a nice red beard I know but I love him in spite of it!

We have been reading through the New Testament this year.  We just got into Revelation today and came across this verse about reading the Bible aloud:

"Blessed is the one who reads aloud the words of this prophecy, and blessed are those who hear, and who keep what is written in it, for the time is near."Revelation 1:3

I just want to encourage you: when you read your Bible every morning, read it aloud once in while! How encouraging is this "for the time is near?"!!!! The time draws near when we will see our Lord!!!

“The LORD bless you and keep you; The LORD make His face shine upon you, and be gracious to you; the LORD lift up His countenance upon you, and give you peace.”’ Numbers 6:24-26

Esther ~Week 27~

Finally I get to post! We have had a lot of cloudy days so thankfully I got this one!

Can you find my name anywhere on this picture?!!!!

Ezekiel 34:12,
"As a shepherd seeks out his flock on the day he is among his scattered sheep, so will I seek out My sheep and deliver them from all the places where they were scattered on a cloudy and dark day."

Natalya~Sky

Hello everyone! The Sky is one of my favorite subjects, (even though I don't think I'll be able to beat Trisha's this week! WOW!). The sky has been grey and snowy for quite some time here, and it rarely clears up this time of year, so (once again) I have to go back to the old archives. (If I'm old enough to have "old archives") and dig around! I managed to find a good one. ;)

This really has nothing to do with the sky/clouds, but it was too good not to share:

This award winning short film isn't a "Christian" film, but the message is a great one. Even if you have just a little, you can do a lot. This probably isn't one of those "Watch and it will change your life" kind of films, but with Christmas coming, when most think of spending buckets, you can do so much with just a little. That's what this film is about. Not the Christmas part, but the changing things with just a little part. :) Enjoy.

This is also Pearl Harbor day, please remember to remember those who fought, and died, that day, and pray for the soldiers who are fighting overseas now. Though it's not as bad as it was in WWII (obviously!) Men (and women) still die for our Country.

*Patricia {week...27?}

A plane was having fun(: I took this in Florida last August, while I was visiting one of Disney's Worlds hotels with my Grandma! I thought it was too good an opportunity to miss.
And it is a good reminder for me that Jesus is watching me and loving me and helping me with every little thing in my life.

Esther ~Week 27~

Okay we have had the worst weather the past few days for cloud pictures (the sun was not visible at all) so I'll be posting a cloud picture as soon as I can actually see the sun!

Here's a verse to encourage you this week:

"Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have. For He Himself has said, 'I will never leave you nor forsake you.'  So we may boldly say: ' The LORD is my helper;  I will not fear. What can man do to me?' ”  Hebrews 13:5-6

Theme for this week...

The Sky! So we will be posting pictures of either the clouds, stars, moon, sun, etc.... Enjoy!!!

Also, please leave a comment and tell us what you think of the new Christmas background!

Rebekah Joy ~ Week 6

So, I'm in a predicament. I can't upload any pictures, and I'm not on a computer that has any pictures. So, for now, I'm just here to tell every one my plight. I will definitely upload pictures to this post as soon as possible, but I'm just posting this so that every one will know that I did not try to slack. Thank you.

Bye! ;)
